Freshwater Bay 2

The evolution of my ‘Freshwater Bay 2’ painting.

 I always take ‘progress’ photographs of the painting I am working on.  As I progress it helps focus my eye to anything I may not be happy with seeing it in a different format on screen. Sometimes a colour, shape or just the general balance. As I continue, and sometimes feel it is taking the wrong direction, it helps to see where and why that may be by referring to the photo of the painting a stage or so earlier.
